The deadline for processing the documents related to the investment quotas purchased from the www.futureagroinvest.com website is between 24 and 72 working hours from the moment of order confirmation and confirmation of payment receipt.

In exceptional cases, with the client’s agreement, the Supplier can extend the processing term by up to 15 days.

Orders will be processed and honored only after they have been confirmed and in the order in which they arrived.

 

CANCELATION

If you want to cancel the order, you can send an email to office@futureagroinvest.com. We will contact you for confirmation and once we receive the written confirmation, we will refund the amount paid within 48 working hours. Canceling the order is possible at any time before completing the documents related to the purchase. If the purchase documents have already been drawn up, the clauses in these documents will apply.

Termenul de procesare a documentelor aferent cotelor investionale cumparate de pe site-ul www.futureagroinvest.com se incadreaza intre 24 ore si 72 ore lucratoare din momentul confirmarii comenzii si a confirmarii incasarii platii.

In cazuri exceptionale, cu acordul clientului, Furnizorul poate mari termenul de procesare cu pana la 15 zile.

Comenzile se vor procesa si onora doar dupa ce au fost confirmate si in ordinea in care acestea au sosit.

 

Anulare

In cazul in care doriti sa anulati comanda puteti trimite un email la office@futureagroinvest.com. Va vom contacta pentru confirmare si odata primita confirmarea scrisa vom rambursa suma achitata in maxim 48h lucratoare. Anularea comenzii este posibila oricand inainte de perfectarea documentelor aferente achizitiei. In cazul in care deja s-au intocmit documentele de achizitie se vor aplica clauzele din aceste documente.
